-Light breath-work and light stretching while still oil pulling
Spit oil out in a cup (will clog the drains), brush teeth

Yoga stretches (child's pose, cat, downward dog, side angle)
Prone Bridging
Deadhangs
Walking lunges
Foam rolling
Resistance bands
Light Movement
20 push-ups
20 air-squats
40 jumping jacks
Deadhangs to strict pull-ups
60-75 sec assault bike

2-5 Min Cold Plunge
