5AM

  • Wake

  • Tongue Scrape

  • Oil Pull (GuruNanda Oil) for 15 min

  • Red Light Therapy (Koze)

    -Light breath-work and light stretching while still oil pulling

  • Spit oil out in a cup (will clog the drains), brush teeth

5:20AM

  • Dynamic & Static Stretching

  • Yoga stretches (child's pose, cat, downward dog, side angle)

  • Prone Bridging

  • Deadhangs

  • Walking lunges

  • Foam rolling

  • Resistance bands

  • Light Movement

  • 20 push-ups

  • 20 air-squats

  • 40 jumping jacks

  • Deadhangs to strict pull-ups

  • 60-75 sec assault bike

5:45AM

  • 2-5 Min Cold Plunge
