2. Calk the entire thing

3. Fill 6 to 8 in. from the top

4. Plug it in and turn to coldest

5. 1/2 cup of Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide, Natural Cleaner (Amazon)

6. Plug into Inkbird ITC Digital Temperature Controller Outlet Thermostat (Amazon)

7. 2-5 min cold plunges!

8. Empty and clean as needed
