Traditional Chocolate Chip

  • 1.5 cup almond flour

  • 1/4 cup tapioca flour

  • 1/4 cup coconut flour

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar

  • 3 tbsp honey

  • 1/4 cup butter, room temp

  • 1 egg, room temp

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips (HU or Lily’s)

  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees. Line large baking sheet with parchment paper

  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk almond flour, tapioca flour, and coconut flour together until it’s broken down and fine.

  3. Add sea salt, baking soda, and coconut sugar, whisk to combine

  4. Add the honey, butter, egg and vanilla extract. Fold everything together until dough forms

  5. Form the dough into 12 balls and line on the sheet. Slightly flatten cookies with back of a spoon

  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Place on wire rack to cool
