Clean Chocolate Chip Banana Bread review!
Ingredients
-3 bananas (about 8.5 ounces)
-3 large eggs
-1.5 cup almond flour
-1/2 cup protein powder (we did vanilla)
-¼ cup of olive oil or coconut oil
-1 tsp baking soda
-½ cup coconut sugar
-1 oz lilys chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. In a bowl, mash banana with a fork.
3. With an electric hand mixer or other mixer, mix banana, eggs, and olive oil.
4. In a second bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking soda and coconut sugar
5. Slowly add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients
6. Fold in chocolate chips
7. Spray a loaf pan and add the batter
8. Bake for 60 minutes. Test with a toothpick if it comes out clean!
