Homemade Lara bars our two year old eats every single morning!
(Makes approx. 15-20 bars)! Try them for yourself 🔥🤝
Ingredients:
300g pitted dates
3/4 cup (95g) of mixed nuts (we use almonds, walnuts, and macadamias)
1/3 cup (80g) almond butter
2 scoops of Vital Proteins unflavored collagen peptides (protein powder may also work, but might change the flavor)
Optional: 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions:
Blend everything together
The mixture will be crumbly at first, remove from blender onto parchment paper
Put parchment paper on top of the mixture as well
Roll it out into a rectangle
Cut into even shapes
Store in fridge
