My Daily Vitamins

My Daily Vitamins Guide

  • If you really want to optimize your vitamin intake, you can take a vitamin deficiency blood test. However, they can get expensive.

  • Based on my knowledge and research, these are the vitamins I take everyday: Carlson Fish Oil Elite Omega-3s 1600mg, Vitamin D3 from Naturewise, and Vitamin K2 from Innovixlabs

  • I also eat 3oz of beef liver everyday, which is in itself, a multivitamin

  • Sad reality: make sure you check the ingredients before purchasing your vitamins. I found Safflower Oil in my Carlson Vitamin D3 about 6 months after taking it every single day. I assumed they couldn't possibly put an inflammatory oil in a vitamin supplement, especially when it wasn't in their fish oil product.

Elite Omega-3 Fish Oil

Hand up, I do not consume as much fish as I should. Mostly because I have to eat a lot of it to get full. Therefore, I supplement for all the benefits

Vitamin K2

  • Vitamin D3 should always be taken in combination with vitamin K2. These two vitamins work together synergistically and ensure that calcium obtained from food is deposited in the bones and not in the arteries.
