My Daily Vitamins
My Daily Vitamins Guide
If you really want to optimize your vitamin intake, you can take a vitamin deficiency blood test. However, they can get expensive.
Based on my knowledge and research, these are the vitamins I take everyday: Carlson Fish Oil Elite Omega-3s 1600mg, Vitamin D3 from Naturewise, and Vitamin K2 from Innovixlabs
I also eat 3oz of beef liver everyday, which is in itself, a multivitamin
Sad reality: make sure you check the ingredients before purchasing your vitamins. I found Safflower Oil in my Carlson Vitamin D3 about 6 months after taking it every single day. I assumed they couldn't possibly put an inflammatory oil in a vitamin supplement, especially when it wasn't in their fish oil product.
Elite Omega-3 Fish Oil
Hand up, I do not consume as much fish as I should. Mostly because I have to eat a lot of it to get full. Therefore, I supplement for all the benefits
