Make 6 servings for the week:
2 eggs, 1 serving of egg whites
Throw in mushrooms, spinach, Applegate breakfast sausage, etc.
Mix in cottage cheese with eggs for added protein
Pair with 1/2 avocado

Clean Whey Protein Powder like Levels
Clean unsweetened almond milk like Malk
Clean Nut Butter
Add ice and sea salt
