6 ‘Fat Burning’ Breakfast Ideas

  1. Egg Bake

  • Make 6 servings for the week:

    • 2 eggs, 1 serving of egg whites

    • Throw in mushrooms, spinach, Applegate breakfast sausage, etc.

    • Mix in cottage cheese with eggs for added protein

    • Pair with 1/2 avocado

2. Smoothie

  • Clean Whey Protein Powder like Levels

  • Clean unsweetened almond milk like Malk

  • Clean Nut Butter

  • Add ice and sea salt

  • I don’t recommend blending fruit

3. Greek Yogurt/Cottage Cheese

  • Add blueberries, strawberries, nut butter, granola (i.e Purely Elizabeth), hemp seeds, chia seeds etc.

  • Aim for unsweetened greek yogurt

  • Add a clean whey protein powder (optional)

4. Breakfast Burrito

  • Eggs + egg whites

  • Applegate breakfast sausage

  • Salsa

  • Grass-fed or raw cheese

  • Primal Kitchen ketchup (optional)

5. Protein Avocado Toast

  • Sprouted bread or sourdough bread

  • 1/2 avocado, eggs, feta cheese

  • Applegate bacon

6. Hard Boiled Eggs

  • Self-explanatory

  • Pair with 1/2 avocado for healthy fats
