Viral cottage cheese flatbread recipe .. it was 10/10 π
What you need:
-1 cup Good Culture low-fat cottage cheese
-2 eggs
-1 tsp garlic powder
-1 tsp Italian seasoning
Add everything to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour onto a 9x13 parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes! This makes 2 flatbreads.
Macros:
300 cal, 40g protein, 6g carbs
