How to turn a clean homemade eggnog into a protein Ninja Creami

Eggnog recipe:

Ingredients

  •   2 cups organic coconut milk

  •   2 eggs 

  •   2 tbsp. honey or maple syrup

  •   1 tsp. vanilla extract

  •   1/2 tsp. cinnamon

  •   1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Directions

  • Blend all ingredients in a blender until light and airy-about 2 minutes

  • Pour into a small saucepan and heat over a low heat for 15-20 minutes,
    stirring often (Do not let boil-eggs will scramble). Eggnog
    should reach 160 F. If you don't have a thermometer cooking over a low heat for 15-20 minutes should achieve this. Eggnog will not be thick.

  • Allow the eggnog to cool and store in a mason jar (or glass container of choice) in the fridge until cold. The eggnog thickens up while cooling

Creami recipe:

-1 cup eggnog

-1 serving Levels vanilla whey protein

Mix in: dark chocolate chips

P.S. the eggnog was delicious on its own!
