    Creami recipe:

    Mix in: homemade candied pecans (the best part) ⬇️

    • 1 1/2 cups raw pecans (roughly chopped, if desired)

    • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup

    • 1/4 tsp sea salt 

    • optional: 1/2 tsp. cinnamon*

    1. Place pecans and syrup in a skillet over medium-low heat. Stirring constantly, continue cooking the pecans and syrup while the syrup thickens and the water cooks out, about 5-7 minutes. When the water is nearly all evaporated, sprinkle the salt over the pecans.

      2. When the water is evaporated, and the pecans are getting caramelized, spread the mixture out onto parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Sprinkle with additional salt, as desired. Allow to cool completely (the syrup will continue to harden as they cool).

    How to turn a clean homemade eggnog into a protein Ninja Creami

    Eggnog recipe:

    Ingredients

    •   2 cups organic coconut milk

    •   2 eggs 

    •   2 tbsp. honey or maple syrup

    •   1 tsp. vanilla extract

    •   1/2 tsp. cinnamon

    •   1/2 tsp. nutmeg

    Directions

    • Blend all ingredients in a blender until light and airy-about 2 minutes

    • Pour into a small saucepan and heat over a low heat for 15-20 minutes,
      stirring often (Do not let boil-eggs will scramble). Eggnog
      should reach 160 F. If you don't have a thermometer cooking over a low heat for 15-20 minutes should achieve this. Eggnog will not be thick.

    • Allow the eggnog to cool and store in a mason jar (or glass container of choice) in the fridge until cold. The eggnog thickens up while cooling

    -1/4 tsp sea salt

    1. Put the dates and soak them with the hot water in a bowl for 15-20 min (make sure they’re all covered, you may need a little extra water)

    2. Scoop the dates into blender and add almond butter, vanilla and salt

    3. pour in a little of the liquid from dates and blend

    4. Depending on the consistency, you can add additional liquid

    5. Store in fridge for up to a week

    Instructions:

    Add butter to a large skillet. Once melted, add coconut sugar, cinnamon, and maple syrup. Stir to combine. Bring to a simmer and simmer for 1 minute. Add diced bananas and stir together to combine with sugar mixture. Cook banana for 3 minutes or until soft 👍🏻

    Let cool and then store in fridge until time to use and mix in the creami!

    Makes a full cup of caramel (1 tbsp is a serving):

    Ingredients:

    -1 (13.5 oz) can full-fat coconut milk

    -3/4 cup coconut sugar

    -1/2 tsp vanilla extract

    -1/2 tsp fine sea salt

    Instructions:

    1) Simmer: Place the coconut milk and coconut sugar in a small saucepan. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil and stir frequently until the sauce has thickened, about 25-30 minutes. The sauce will become a dark brown caramel color. 

    2) Stir: Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract and salt. Taste and add a little more salt if desired.

    3) Chill: Pour the caramel into a sealable glass container and let it cool completely in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours before using. As it cools, the caramel will thicken. Store the caramel in the refrigerator and use it within 2 weeks.
