Step by step guide on how to make the perfect protein-packed healthy Ninja Creami

-Blend your ingredients in a separate blender the day before you want your ice cream and freeze

-Ingredients can be as simple as unsweetened almond milk and a flavored whey protein to start

-Remove from freezer 15-20 min BEFORE putting in the Creami

-Hit the ‘ice cream’ button 3-4 times for that perfect ice cream consistency

-Create a small hole in the ice cream and put your toppings in

-Hit ‘mix in’

-Enjoy

Protein vanilla coffee ice cream 🍨☕️

Ingredients:

-3 cups decaf coffee

-1/2 cup Lifeway unsweetened Kefir

-1 tbsp organic maple syrup

-1 serving of Just Ingredients vanilla bean whey protein

-1 tsp vanilla extract

-Pinch of sea salt

-Topped w/ Thrive Market dark chocolate chips
